Dear Christian Brothers,
We had had another air company servicing our units for over a decade and their service had become very poor. I looked in the Christian Resource Directory and found an ad for your company. We had Mike, one of your technicians servicing Metro Phoenix area, out at our business Tuesday-Thursday (July 25-27) repairing our units.

We cannot say enough about what a wonderful job he did! Our units are old and there are several large ones that were not working. Mike was friendly, showed up as promised, called to check how the units were running, took the time to figure out what was wrong, explained everything that he was doing, gave us his number to call any time, worked very hard and long hours, and was a pleasure to have around. He is our hero and because of Mike we will not only gladly call Christian Brothers again for any repairs but also recommend the company to others!
