WHAT MAKES OUR COMPANY GREAT?
I think the family atmosphere created within the company is what makes our company great! I think Dave and the supervisors are the key to this with the open communication and genuine care/interest in the employees lives: both work and personal. This is important for CSR’s – you can hear it in the voice of the representative while on the phone with our clientele.

WHY WE ARE BETTER THAN THE COMPETITION?
We have multiple things that I believe separate us from the competition… The first is the atmosphere of family created within the building. Personally, I believe it has a domino effect and starts in the office, to the techs, and ultimately our clients! Our clients are the reason we are here, so it’s important they understand they are part of our family. Secondly, we treat our clients like we expect to be treated. This means they are treated with the utmost respect and urgency from the first phone call to the final goodbye. We do our best to place ourselves in our clients shoe’s and be understanding of whatever situations they may be in.

WHY ARE YOU A GREAT CSR?
Because I care. I care about my clients getting the appropriate tech within a timely manner, who will put them at ease and welcome them to the family. I care that my coworkers get the opportunity to really grow and educate themselves of what’s involved in the industry, as well as have a personal life. I care that we see improvement in our reputation, in our sales, and ultimately the growth of both companies.

WHAT MAKES OUR COMPANY GREAT?
What makes this company great is that from the ownership, to the employees, and to the customer’s there is a “family” feel to it. All the different personalities is what makes this company so great. Also the fact that this company is founded on principals of honesty and integrity and transparency. As an employee I am treated very fairly and like I am a member of the family. Also I like the time and effort that gets put into my training to help me become a better CSR and person.

Because we constantly keep our technicians trained and licensed and the experience they have makes us great. Also we want to give the best quality prices and work to our customer’s and we always strive to build value and treat our customer’s like they are partners. It is not always about just getting the job done but getting it done right and giving the customer’s options and making it work for them and their budget.

With more than 10 years in the customer service field I know what it takes to put the customer first. To give the best experience they can when they call in to the company. Putting the customer’s needs as top priority and building the foundation for an excellent experience at Christian Brothers. I also work effectively and efficiently to get the job done. And also to focus on the goals and doing whatever it takes to achieve those goals.

To start off we are a company with a solid foundation of Christian morals, we have a strong ethical background and we strive to deliver excellent service to our customers. We not only want our customer to win, but our team member as well as our team.

We are constantly training and learning new techniques to better ourselves as a company, we don’t want to just settle and be mediocre.  Our technicians give multiple options to our clients, showing them that we actually want to provide best pricing for them and their budget as well as what works best for their family.

WHY ARE YOU A GREAT CSR?
I am a great CSR because my goal is to ensure that the customer’s issues or concerns are properly documented. Proper documentation assures that we are sending out the technician that is best fit for the job, so it is done effectively the first time. I make sure that I have a friendly and inviting tone, which helps the disgruntled clients ease up and kind of relax. I am very open to learning and definitely bettering my customer service skills as well.
